Rollino - Bonus voided by the casino |
Description Complaint Status: Not accepted for ADR, reviewed, casino was not to blame. Customer Complaint: I signed up with Rollino, claimed the bonus but then it disappeared. The customer support didn’t want to bring it back and they said I breached the terms and conditions of the bonus. KasinoBonusIO Response: According to our records, you are indeed a member of Rollino but you haven’t signed up through our links so we won’t be able to actively pursue this issue for you. We did, however, read your complaint and the documents that you submitted, and we read through Rollino’s terms and conditions. You have apparently breached the terms and conditions by placing a 15 EUR bet while the allowed maximum was 5 EUR, and even if this wasn’t an intentional bonus abuse it still gives Rollino all legal right to void the bonus funds, which they did. |
