Description Complaint Status: Noted but not accepted for ADR. Customer Complaint: I won some money at BetWinner and I’m trying to withdraw it. Whenever I request a withdrawal they say I need to submit more verification documents. I’ve submitted everything they ask, and they still keep asking for more. They asked for some impossible things. My account still shows the money but I can’t withdraw it as I’m not a verified customer – I can’t pass the verification.
