What to do before requesting the help of our ADR
- Prepare all the relevant documents such as email printouts, screenshots, bank statements, or anything else that proves the things you claim. The more the better.
- Submit a complaint to the casino. Use a normal and professional tone of voice, and base your claims on facts.
- If the conversation with the casino didn’t go as you expected, elevate the claim to the regulatory body if there is one.
- If there is no regulatory body, or the regulatory body didn’t resolve the matter as expected, turn to us if you fulfil the criteria listed above.
